A space to enjoy making and listening to music. Resident events are held in the this space, and there is also an electric piano, electric drum kit, four guitars and a record player with records.

An area with a dedicated table to fix your bike and/or other appliances as needed. This space has a TULU locker installed with access to a tool box, electric hoover, snacks, drinks and more.

Resident launderette, located on the mezzanine above reception. Preceded by a seating area outside and complete with fussball table and additional seating inside, enjoy a game or have a read while waiting for your wash to complete.

Located within our Makers Space, the lockers contain items to hire including a tool box, iron, air fryer, electric hoover and more.

Relax in comfortable seats or speak with a member of our 24-hr team. To the left as you enter is a helical staircase that takes you up to the Launderette on the mezzanine level.

A mail room with electronic access via fob or resident key. Use your fob to open your mailbox and retrieve your mail.

We have a separate parcel safe store where residents can collect parcels, using an app to access to the room.
