Residents must show their apartment key and a form of photo ID to reception to gain access to the facilities.

Access is granted to the resident only. Access to any guests is at the sole discretion of the General Manager and there may be a charge to allow a guest entry. Any guest must be with the resident at all times.

Spaces are not bookable and are available at the discretion of the General Manager . We cannot guarantee spaces will be available, so entry is not guaranteed. 

The resident takes full responsibly for any damages caused by either them or a guest and agrees to be responsible for any charges due as a result of the damage. These charges will be applied to the Residents rent account. 

The resident agrees that the terms of the of the AST for their apartment also apply whilst in another Enclave building.
