Enclave: Birmingham Discount Market Rent Eligibility Criteria

Discount Market Rent (DMR) is a scheme that enables Enclave to offer rental apartments at a discount to the market price to individuals who meet specific eligibility criteria. The DMR apartments at Enclave: Birmingham City offer the same high standard of living as our market-rent apartments, and residents will have full access to all of our facilities and amenities.

To qualify for a Discount Market Rent apartment at Enclave: Birmingham City, applicants’ gross annual income must not exceed the following thresholds at the start of the tenancy:

1 Bedroom Apartment

Single person: £30,000
Two persons: £45,000

2 Bedroom Apartment

Single person: £35,000
Two persons: £50,000

3 Bedroom Apartment

Single person: £40,000
Two persons: £55,000

Applicants must demonstrate the ability to pay the stated monthly rent and pay a one-off holding fee of £250 to reserve the apartment, which is then deducted off the first months rent. Applicants will be required to undergo referencing by an independent agency.

Please note: DMR units are not available to students and are not eligible for any further discounts or incentives.
