Can I still book an apartment for this semester?

Absolutely, you can book your apartment today!

Do you offer flexible tenancies?

We offer standard tenancies with availability at various points throughout the year. While we don’t offer specific semester‑only stays, our accommodation is well suited to students staying for a semester, thanks to this flexibility. Please enquire with the team if you’d like to move in before the 6 September student lease start date or to check current availability.

Do you require a UK guarantor?

If you are paying in more than one instalment, yes we do. If you are a student moving to the UK from overseas, and are unable to provide a UK guarantor, you can use a company called Housing Hand.
