These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the availability and use of promotional student perks (the “Perks”) offered at The Store House by Enclave Student for the 2026/2027 academic year.
The promoter is Briggate Operations Limited, whose registered office is at 5 Churchill Place, 10th Floor, London, E14 5HU, United Kingdom (the “Promoter”).
2.1 The Perks are available exclusively to individuals who:
(a) are verified students; and
(b) have entered into a valid tenancy agreement for the 2026/2027 academic year at The Store House by Enclave Student.
2.2 The Promoter reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to withdraw access to Perks where eligibility criteria are not met.
3.1 The Perks are provided at the Promoter’s discretion and are subject to availability.
3.2 The Perks are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash or monetary alternative will be provided.
3.3 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, withdraw, or substitute any Perk at any time without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
3.4 The Promoter shall not be responsible where any Perk cannot be fulfilled due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
4.1 This Perk is available only for arrivals into Leeds Bradford Airport.
4.2 To access this service, students must provide accurate and complete flight details (including flight number and scheduled arrival time) within the timeframe specified by the accommodation team.
4.3 The Promoter will arrange a taxi transfer based on the information provided.
4.4 The Promoter shall not be liable for missed or delayed pickups where this arises from:
(a) incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the student;
(b) failure to notify the Promoter of changes to travel details; or
(c) flight delays, cancellations, or disruptions outside the Promoter’s reasonable control.
4.5 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse or cancel a booking where insufficient notice has been provided.
5.1 A maximum of six (6) bicycles are available onsite.
5.2 Bicycles are provided strictly on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved in advance.
5.3 Students must sign a Bike Rental Terms & Conditions agreement at reception prior to each use.
5.4 Bicycles must be used responsibly, returned within any agreed timeframe, and in the same condition as provided (fair wear and tear excepted).
5.5 The student shall be responsible for any loss of or damage to a bicycle during the period of use (other than fair wear and tear) and may be charged for repair or replacement costs.
5.6 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse access to bicycle rental where a student:
(a) fails to comply with the applicable bike usage terms; or
(b) has previously misused, lost, or damaged equipment.
5.7 Use of bicycles is undertaken entirely at the student’s own risk.
6.1 Complimentary tea and coffee will be provided in designated communal areas.
6.2 Availability is not guaranteed at all times and may be limited or withdrawn at the Promoter’s discretion.
7.1 The Promoter may host a complimentary breakfast event approximately once per calendar month.
7.2 Event dates, times, and details will vary and will be communicated to residents via official communication channels.
7.3 Attendance is subject to availability and may be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
7.4 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, reschedule, or cancel any event without prior notice where reasonably necessary.
8.1 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude the Promoter’s liability for:
(a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence;
(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
(c) any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
8.2 Subject to clause 8.1, the Promoter shall not be liable (whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise) for:
(a) any loss of profits, loss of business, loss of opportunity, or loss of anticipated savings;
(b) any loss or damage to personal belongings; or
(c) any indirect or consequential loss arising out of or in connection with the Perks.
8.3 Subject to clause 8.1, the Promoter’s total aggregate liability in connection with the Perks shall not exceed £50 per student.
8.4 The Perks are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, and no warranty or representation is given that they will be uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available.
8.5 The Promoter shall not be liable for any failure or delay in providing the Perks where this is caused by events outside its reasonable control, including but not limited to transport disruption, supplier failure, weather conditions, or force majeure events.
9.1 Students acknowledge that participation in certain Perks (including, without limitation, bicycle use and transport services) involves inherent risks.
9.2 By participating in the Perks, students accept full responsibility for their use and agree to exercise reasonable care at all times.
10.1 Personal data provided in connection with the Perks (including flight details) will be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws and used solely for the purpose of administering the relevant Perks.
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
11.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute arising in connection with these Terms.
