These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the Cluster Apartment Savings promotional offer (the “Offer”) available at The Store House by Enclave: Student.
This Offer is promoted by Briggate Operations Limited, whose registered office is at 5 Churchill Place, 10th Floor, London, E14 5HU, United Kingdom (the “Promoter”).
2.1 The Offer provides a discount of £10 per person, per week on the rent for eligible bookings of a full cluster apartment at The Store House.
2.2 The discount applies only where all rooms within the cluster apartment are booked as part of a single group letting (i.e. all occupants are booking together as a group).
2.3 The discount will be applied for the duration of the tenancy agreement, unless otherwise stated.
3.1 The Offer is available to students who:
(a) are booking accommodation for the 2026/2027 academic year; and
(b) book and occupy all rooms within the same cluster apartment as a group.
3.2 Partial bookings of a cluster apartment (i.e. where not all rooms are filled by the same group) will not be eligible.
3.3 All tenants must enter into valid tenancy agreements and meet the Promoter’s standard booking criteria.
4.1 The Offer is subject to availability and applies only to selected cluster apartments.
4.2 The Offer is available for a limited time only and may be withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
4.3 The Offer cannot be applied retrospectively to existing bookings.
5.1 The discount will be applied at the point of booking or reflected in the tenancy agreement documentation.
5.2 All members of the group must be confirmed as part of the same booking for the discount to apply.
5.3 If any member of the group cancels, withdraws, or fails to complete their booking:
(a) the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the Offer for the remaining occupants; and
(b) standard room rates may apply.
6.1 This Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions, discounts, or incentives unless expressly stated by the Promoter.
6.2 The Offer is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be provided.
6.3 The Promoter reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw the Offer at any time where reasonably necessary.
7.1 Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude the Promoter’s liability for:
(a) death or personal injury caused by its negligence;
(b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
(c) any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
7.2 Subject to clause 7.1, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss arising from the withdrawal or unavailability of the Offer.
8.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
8.2 The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any disputes arising in connection with this Offer.
