We know that a 12 month lease is not always convenient, which is why we offer leases from 3 to 18 months (dependent on availability). You can of course live with us for longer than 18 months- we'll simply offer you a new contract at the market rate at the time.

At present, we have the following lease periods available:

• Enclave: KX: 8 - 18 months

• Enclave: Croydon: 6 - 18 months

If you book your apartment online, you can move in as soon as 7 days after booking, and up to two weeks after.
